We now offer International shipping! We ship through Canada Post. You will find shipping options relevant to your area at checkout. 

Selecting an option with tracking: your parcel tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you provide at checkout. 

Selecting an option without tracking: we will be unable to track your parcel. Bonnie Nova will not be able to refund or replace any order lost, stolen or damaged.

Orders may experience a delay at customs. All orders passing through customs are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. We cannot be held responsible for any delays & fees due to customs. These fees are calculated by the carrier and billed to you (an invoice will arrive with your parcel or follow in the mail). We are unable to give fee estimates. Please refer to your local customs office for information. 

Shop our products in your currency using the drop down currency list in the header. If your currency is not listed, please contact us so we can add it.

Please immediately notify us of any issues with the items you've ordered upon receiving them so we can help remedy the situation.

It is very important to us that your order is sent to a safe shipping address. We suggest leaving a note on your mailbox for carriers to leave pick up cards and not packages. We are not responsible for lost packages that we have shipping confirmation for.
